Job summary

Ridgeway Primary Academy in Chasetown is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils within a lively multi-form entry primary school. The role is term-time only (38 weeks) with fixed-term contract until 20 July 2027 and hours 27.5 per week.

Salary is Grade 4, SCP 6-7 (£26,847–£27,274) with actual salary around £19,121–£19,425 depending on years of service. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to engage pupils, maintain positive relationships with families, and
