Richard Lee Primary School is seeking an excellent teaching assistant for Key Stage Two. The role is 35 hours per week, term time only plus training days, with a pro rata salary of £21,355 to reflect hours worked.

You will support learning across KS2, work with SEND and vulnerable pupils in small groups or 1:1, observe and track progress, and collaborate with staff and families to raise aspirations and achievement.

Formación

• Experience of working with children across the primary age range.
• Desire to further develop their skills.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Can support senior leadership in providing high-quality childcare and education.
• Can take responsibility for a group of key children and observe, plan, track and evaluate their learning and development.
• Will work in respectful partnership with parents/carers when supporting children.
• Has a sound knowledge of behaviour management and SEND.

Responsabilidades

• Support learning across KS2 with small group interventions or 1:1 work.

• Nurture strong relationships with staff, children and families.
