Richard Lee Primary School in Cambridge is seeking an excellent Teaching Assistant to join our Key Stage Two team. The role is 35 hours per week across a 5-day pattern (Mon, Tue, Thursday 8:15am to 3:45pm; Wednesday 8:15am - 4:15pm; Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm) during term time plus teacher training days, and is permanent.

You will work with and support our SEND and vulnerable pupils in small group interventions or on a one-to-one basis.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children across the primary age range.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to observe, plan, track and evaluate learning with targets.
• Knowledge of behaviour management and SEND.
• Collaborative work with staff and families to raise aspiration.

Responsabilités

• Support children in small group interventions or 1:1 as needed.
• Inspire and motivate pupils to make excellent progress.
• Work with SEND and vulnerable pupils to aid development.
