Richard Lee Primary School in Coventry is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 2 learners. The role is permanent, term-time only with hours aligning to the school day, and will involve working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality childcare and education.

You will support pupils, including those with EHC plans, and help track progress, plan activities, and build strong relationships with children, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children across the primary age range.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to support children with SEND.

Responsabilités

• Observe, plan, track and evaluate learners' progress and development.
• Provide small group interventions or 1:1 support for SEND pupils.
• Collaborate with staff and engage with parents/carers to raise attainment.
