Job summary

Teaching Personnel are partnering with a friendly primary school in the LA4 area to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant from January 2027. The role involves supporting pupils across Years 3–6, both in and out of the classroom, to build confidence and key skills while delivering targeted interventions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with staff to create an inclusive learning environment and foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children within a primary school setting is required.
• Ability to support pupils across Key Stage 2 and deliver interventions.
• Proactive and positive approach to promoting learning.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across Years 3–6 inside and outside the classroom.
• Deliver structured interventions and assist with differentiated activities.
• Help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
