Job summary

St Margarets at Hasbury CE Primary School in Halesowen is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support learning across KS2. The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time only, 39 weeks, with a Grade 3 salary and a permanent contract.

You will work under teaching staff to provide 1-1 and small group support, assist with learning and emotional needs, and contribute to a caring, aspirational school community. Visits to the school are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification required.
• Experience with KS2 and supporting learning needs.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE C+ or better).
• Ability to work with children of all abilities and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Support learning in whole class settings and in withdrawal groups.
• Provide 1-1 support and small group assistance.
