Supply Desk Ltd seeks a KS2 Teacher for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position in Oxfordshire, starting November 2026 or January 2027. Salary on the MPS/UPS scale (£29,344–£44,919) reflects a supportive school community and strong focus on pupil achievement.

Role requires QTS, KS2 or Early Years experience preferred, and a DBS check. You will plan engaging lessons, differentiate for diverse learners and work closely with staff, parents and carers to maximise learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential and must be held.
• Experience teaching in Early Years or KS2 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS check and professional references required.

Responsabilités

• Support pupils with diverse learning needs using tailored teaching strategies.
• Foster independence and social development through collaborative activities.
• Attend to pupils' personal care and medical needs as required.
• Promote health, well-being and literacy/numeracy through targeted interventions.
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and assess progress.
