Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a school in Prescot seeking a dedicated KS2 Primary Teacher to join on a long-term basis. You will plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons aligned with the National Curriculum while supporting pupils with SEMH needs and managing behaviour.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, with KS2 experience and strong classroom management, and can differentiate to meet varied learning needs. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required, ECTs welcome.
• Experience teaching the National Curriculum across KS2.
• Experience supporting SEMH and challenging behaviour.
• Excellent classroom management and positive behaviour strategies.
• Ability to differentiate lessons for varied learning needs.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach to young people.
