About the Role

Long-Term Teachers are working closely with welcoming primary schools in Falmouth and the surrounding areas of Cornwall, who are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable and dedicated Key Stage 2 (KS2) Supply Teachers to support their classrooms.

We have opportunities for teachers seeking ad hoc part-time work, with a minimum availability of three days per week, as well as full-time supply positions for those looking for more regular work. You will be expected to adapt quickly to different classroom environments, follow existing lesson plans where provided and ensure pupils remain engaged, supported and safe throughout the school day. Whether you are looking for a minimum of three days per week or a full-time commitment, we can help you explore opportunities that suit your availability and preferences.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for qualified teacher assignments.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A flexible, patient and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
