Job summary

Windwhistle Primary School is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help children achieve their learning goals and emotional wellbeing. The role focuses on providing one-to-one support and targeted interventions within Key Stage 2, working alongside teachers and SEN staff during term time.

You will contribute to a safe, inclusive, nurturing classroom, helping pupils develop communication, social and resilience skills while supporting broader welfare and development needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional learning needs.
