Job summary

Greswold Primary School in Solihull is seeking a caring and dedicated Child Specific Learning Support Assistant to join our KS2 SEND team. The role supports pupils' learning, wellbeing and personal development within an inclusive school community.

The successful candidate will work with class teachers and other professionals, taking an active role in creating a supportive learning environment and building strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Experience with children and additional needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils' learning and development within the KS2 SEND team.
• Work with teachers and professionals to implement learning plans.
• Foster inclusive environment and positive relationships with pupils and families.
