St Andrew's Church of England Primary School in Tamworth is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil in lower KS2, delivering emotion coaching and a bespoke curriculum.

You will deliver daily reading, writing and maths sessions, follow the teacher's plans, and collaborate with the Class Teacher and SENCO to adapt Personal Learning Plans while supporting the pupil's independence.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children in KS2 and an understanding of sensory needs and potential triggers.
• Confidence in delivering Phonics sessions (Little Wandle knowledge desirable).
• Elsa training or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• 1:1 Support: Plan and deliver a bespoke curriculum to a pupil accessing learning.
• Academic Support: Deliver daily 1:1 sessions in reading, writing and maths following the teacher's planning.
• Social & Emotional: Support the pupil’s emotional wellbeing, Elsa training desirable.
• Collaboration: Work with the Class Teacher and SENCO to review PLPs and adapt resources.
