Teach Now Limited in Enfield is seeking a warm, organised KS1 Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term temporary role starting 8 September 2026. You will support phonics, early reading, writing and number skills, helping pupils build confidence and positive classroom habits.
The ideal candidate has EYFS/KS1 experience, strong English, and a patient, nurturing approach. DBS enhanced and two references are preferred; right to work in the UK is required.

You will help children make the important transition from early learning into the more structured KS1 curriculum. Your support will strengthen pupils’ phonics, early reading, writing and number skills while helping them develop confidence, independence and positive classroom habits. The school would particularly welcome someone who understands that young children learn best through clear routines, encouragement, purposeful talk and carefully structured activities.
