Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver stimulating, well-structured lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum, ensuring the needs of all learners are met

• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, using data to shape future planning and targeted support

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching KS1
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching and assessment methods
• A commitment to supporting pupils to become motivated, independent learners
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reflective, proactive, and eager to engage in continuous professional development
