Salary: £29,344 - £44,919

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, using data effectively to inform future planning and targeted support
  • Encourage pupils to think critically, develop problem-solving skills, and engage confidently with their learning
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to share best practise and contribute to whole-school development
  • Build effective partnerships with parents and carers to support pupil learning and wellbeing

Person Specification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching KS2
  • Comprehensive understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching and assessment strategies
  • Commitment to supporting pupils in becoming motivated, independent learners
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Reflective, proactive and enthusiastic about continuous professional development
