Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Primary Teacher for a mainstream primary school in Bradford. You will deliver engaging lessons in Key Stage 1, showcase strong phonics knowledge and uphold high standards of behaviour and learning. This is a long-term, full-time position.

The school, rated Outstanding by OFSTED, offers a positive learning environment with outdoor spaces. A proactive, adaptable teacher is sought, with QTS and KS1 experience.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1.
• Strong knowledge and experience of teaching phonics.
• Sound understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a long-term, full-time basis. The successful Primary Teacher will be working within Key Stage 1 / KS1 and will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, demonstrate strong phonics knowledge and maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1
• Strong knowledge and experience of teaching phonics
• Sound understanding of the National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
