Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a Warrington primary school in a full-time position.

The role involves supporting a KS1 class with strong SEN needs, managing behaviours, and providing PPA cover to ensure smooth daily learning. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, contributing to a positive classroom environment and delivering targeted interventions.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN and challenging behaviours is essential.
• Confident delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across KS1.
• Provide SEN support to pupils with additional needs.
• Assist with behaviour management and create a positive learning environment.
• Deliver PPA cover and lead classroom activities.
