Job summary

Keys Group is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with strong phonics knowledge to support KS1/KS2 pupils across the key stages. You will deliver targeted phonics interventions and provide high-quality small-group and 1:1 support, including pupils with SEND and EAL.

You will work closely with class teachers, contribute to assessments and progress tracking, and support transitions between year groups while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications
