Job summary

Harmony Trust is seeking a dynamic primary education leader to join our network as a senior practitioner. The successful candidate will bring proven classroom excellence, strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, and the ability to raise standards through effective assessment and inspirational leadership.

You will support and develop learning for SEND pupils and help advance the Trust’s Strategic Plan in collaboration with the Principal and colleagues across the Trust’s schools.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will: classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Primary phase.
• Knowledge of National Curriculum and Pedagogy.
• Evidence of the effective use of assessment to raise standards.
• Experience of leading others.
• Inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the vision forward.
• Commitment to supporting and developing the learning of SEND learners.
• Support the Principal in delivering the Trust’s Strategic Plan.
