Job summary

A lovely school within Kingstanding is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support within Key Stage 1. This is a class-based role, however you will be required to support individuals within the classroom at various points within the day.

Previous experience with KS1 is required. This role is full-time, starting September 2026. Placements are subject to appropriate Child Protection screening and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Teaching Assistant qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable).
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis.
• Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.
• Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years.
