Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a Knowledge Prompt Analyst to advance AI-enabled knowledge management within the firm. The role sits in the Knowledge Management team, working with Knowledge Lawyers and IT to translate AI capability into practical outcomes.

The successful candidate will help shape responsible AI adoption, develop prompts for legal workflows, and drive efficiency and knowledge sharing across business services and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience using generative AI tools and creating effective prompts.
• Law degree or equivalent (GDL/LPC) or experience in a law firm.
• Strong research, information gathering and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• High levels of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive mindset with initiative.
• Problem-solving with clear explanations of complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the practical adoption of approved AI tools across the firm.
• Design, develop and refine prompts to support workflows.
• Act as a trusted adviser on the use of generative AI tools.
• Provide guidance and respond to queries, building confidence and capability.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and supporting materials.
• Maintain a central repository of prompts, use cases and guidance.
• Support rollout of AI initiatives with governance and best practices.
• Collaborate with Knowledge and Technology teams to identify AI improvements.
• Share successful use cases demonstrating measurable business value.
• Champion responsible, ethical and effective AI use in a regulated environment.
