Job summary

Stewarts is seeking a Knowledge & Coordination professional to capture, organise and disseminate practical AI knowledge for legal and business services workflows. You will document effective AI-enabled workflows, including processes, prompts, safeguards and lessons learned, turning them into reusable resources for colleagues to adopt consistently and responsibly.

Strong analytical and process-mapping abilities.
Ability to document workflows clearly and consistently.

Responsibilities

Capture and document effective AI-enabled workflows with stakeholders.
Turn workflows and lessons learned into reusable resources (guides, prompts, checklists).
Maintain and develop the AI Hub and related repositories.
Coordinate review, approvals and lifecycle of content with SME reviewers.
Support training, communications and engagement for AI adoption.
Produce reports on usage, gaps and priorities for knowledge resources.
Organise meetings, plans and action logs to support wider initiatives.
