Job summary

DataReign is seeking a Knowledge Manager to establish and lead a Knowledge Management capability in a fast-paced, operationally critical environment. You will turn organisational knowledge into a strategic asset, supporting service resilience and enabling AI-enabled search.

• Experience in Knowledge Management, Service Management, Process Management or Organisational Learning.
• Track record of developing documentation standards and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing enterprise knowledge repositories.
