Qualifications

• Experience in Knowledge Management, Service Management, Process Management or Organisational Learning.
• Track record of developing documentation standards and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing enterprise knowledge repositories.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern a Knowledge Management Framework, including standards, ownership and review processes.
• Own and structure knowledge repositories, taxonomies and metadata.
• Embed lessons learned from incidents, problems, projects, changes and audits.
• Work with Service Management to improve incident resolution and reduce repeat incidents.
• Prepare knowledge assets for AI and intelligent search.
• Champion a knowledge-sharing culture across Technology, Operations and the wider business.
