Job summary

Solicitors Regulation Authority invites applications for a Knowledge and Development Manager in its Client Protection Department. This role drives continuous improvement, learning, knowledge management and quality assurance to strengthen performance and service delivery.

You will create frameworks, tools and development programmes, lead organisation-wide change, monitor the improvement portfolio, govern data and respond to evolving regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Experience of project management within a continuously improving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels, including Exec level.
• Experience with governance procedures and rules development.
• Ability to identify policy and process issues for improvement.
• Experience with document control regulation and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead CP’s continuous improvement and change programme across the organisation.
• Shape and monitor the annual improvement portfolio and business plan.
• Act as CP’s data management, risk and improvement initiative lead.
• Champion the hub-and-spoke approach and ensure governance.
• Develop learning, knowledge management and QA frameworks to raise performance.
