Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to convert evolving product, risk and regulatory requirements into clear, usable guidance. You’ll partner with SMEs to create and maintain knowledge assets that frontline and specialist teams rely on daily.

You’ll work with Operations, Product, Compliance, Legal and Training to publish workflows, optimise taxonomies, and monitor knowledge-base performance in a fast-paced fintech environment, with a hybrid London-based setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge management, content creation, learning and development or instructional design.
• Hands-on experience with a knowledge platform (Confluence, Zendesk, Notion).
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to simplify complex processes.
• Detail-oriented with proofreading and content quality assurance.
• Ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams to gather high-stakes information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Translate onboarding, fraud, disputes, and security processes into clear knowledge assets.
• Collaborate with Process Architects to capture, draft, and publish knowledge as new workflows go live.
• Act as knowledge liaison between Operations, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Training teams.
• Track and analyse knowledge base performance and content gaps.
• Maintain taxonomy and tagging standards to ensure content findability and effective AI/assistant integration.
