CMS UK is seeking a Knowledge Counsel / PSL to support our Planning practice on major development, energy and infrastructure projects across the UK. The role offers significant responsibility and a clear path for professional growth.

You will manage knowledge, develop precedents, perform research, deliver training, and contribute to business development and innovation, with scope for fee-earning time and cross‑team collaboration.

Formación

• Qualified solicitor with practising certificate.
• Experience in a recognised planning team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Commercially orientated with a commitment to innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge management: collect and maintain planning team knowledge.
• Draft precedents and maintain up-to-date styles.
• Conduct research and provide advisory support for client work.
• Deliver training and oversee knowledge initiatives.
• Support business development and publication of content.
• Lead innovation and AI strategy to improve knowledge support.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Counsel colleagues and the Planning team.
