Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE as a Solicitor or equivalent in corporate law.
• Strong background in corporate matters including Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Proactive, commercially minded with excellent communication.
• Experience delivering training and knowledge initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across the corporate team.
• Develop and deliver training initiatives.
