eNL in Norwich seeks a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) to join its national corporate team. The role focuses on developing and sharing technical knowledge across the practice, supporting training and best practice initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years' PQE, a strong corporate background, and an interest in innovation and legal technology. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to move into a PSL/Knowledge role with a leading UK firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
• Strong technical background in corporate law and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to corporate practice.
• Conduct legal research to support knowledge management initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training on corporate law topics for the practice.
• Maintain knowledge resources and update practice materials.
