eNL is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) in London to support its leading corporate team. The role focuses on developing and sharing knowledge, delivering training, and monitoring regulatory changes to enhance client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent in corporate law.
• Strong background in corporate matters such as private equity, M&A, IPOs and restructurings is advantageous.
• Interest in knowledge management, innovation and technology with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and share knowledge to support the corporate team.
• Deliver training and development initiatives for fee earners and staff.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and reflect them in practice.
