Premier Inn in Canterbury is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to assist with breakfast and dinner service, preparing and plating meals, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized. You will work 12 contracted hours per week at New Dover Road, Canterbury, CT1 1UP, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; open to candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service roles.
• Be reliable and enjoy working with others; willing to roll up sleeves during busy times.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and busy guest periods as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organized and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
