Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn in Christchurch East is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You'll work as part of a team, handle breakfast and dinner service, and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation.

The role is permanent with 20 contracted hours per week, located at Somerford Road, Christchurch. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour, with evenings and weekends included as shifts.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Best Kitchen Team Members come from supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service roles.
• Willing to learn and we will teach you the rest.
• Being reliable, team-focused and ready to roll up your sleeves when busy matters most.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
