Job summary

Premier Inn Canterbury is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests will enjoy during their stay. You’ll play a hands‑on role in a busy kitchen and contribute to breakfasts, dinners and smooth service.

You’ll work 12 contracted hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience required—training is provided, and there are opportunities to learn and progress within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
