Job summary

Premier Inn in Cockermouth is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner service. You’ll prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals, keep the kitchen clean and well organised, receive deliveries and work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. This is a permanent contract for 16 contracted hours per week.

This role is open to applicants with or without hotel experience. We’ll teach you the rest and provide training from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
