No hotel experience required; training provided. You’ll join a supportive team, help with stock, deliveries, and keeping the kitchen clean and efficient, delivering meals quickly and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
