Job summary

Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn Plymouth East is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of a busy hotel kitchen team. You’ll work across breakfast and dinner services, ensuring food quality and timely delivery to guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
