Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn in Redhill is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals that guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll work as part of a close-knit kitchen team, with duties across breakfast and dinner service and opportunities to learn and grow within the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
