Job summary

Premier Inn Slough West is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare, cook and plate meals for guests. You’ll work breakfast and dinner shifts, and help keep the kitchen clean and stocked as part of a friendly hotel team.

No hotel experience is required; many teammates come from retail, cafés, or hospitality. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest and help you grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience
• Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
