Job summary

Premier Inn Maidstone (Sandling) is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll assist with breakfast prep and busy dinner service, and you’ll work as part of a team to deliver meals quickly and to a high standard.

No hotel experience is required; many of our team join from supermarkets, cafés, pubs or restaurants, and we’ll teach you the rest.

Qualifications

• Permanent contract with guaranteed hours.
• 15 contracted hours per week.
• No hotel experience required; willing to learn.
• Evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and stocked.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Support hotel team to ensure smooth service.
