Job summary

Premier Inn Maidstone (Sandling) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of our hotel team. You’ll work breakfast and dinner shifts, with 15 contracted hours per week and a permanent contract.

You don’t need hotel experience—our team will train you. You’ll learn food safety, kitchen basics and how to keep the service smooth, with opportunities to grow across Premier Inn.

Location: Allington Lock, Sandling, Maidstone, Kent ME14 3AS; pay up to £13.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience.
• Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.
• If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
