Job summary

Premier Inn Maidstone is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner service at our West Malling location. You’ll prepare ingredients, cook meals, plate dishes and help keep the kitchen clean and organized. You’ll also assist with deliveries and stock control to ensure smooth service for guests.

No prior hotel experience is required; we welcome applicants from supermarkets, cafés or hospitality who are keen to learn and contribute to a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service and cook meals during breakfast and dinner.
• Plate meals and ensure dishes are presented well for guests.
