Job summary

Premier Inn Oswestry is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare, cook and plate meals for breakfast and dinner service. You’ll also receive deliveries, manage stock, and work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.

This role suits someone who enjoys working as part of a team and remains calm when busy. A permanent contract with guaranteed hours is offered, with paid training and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience; candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service succeed.
• If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
• What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
