Job summary

Premier Inn in Bangor is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that contribute to guests’ stays. The role includes breakfast and dinner service with shifts that cover evenings and weekends. It offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours and training from day one.

You’ll join a supportive team, gain kitchen skills and food-safety knowledge, and have opportunities to move within Premier Inn as you build experience. Training and staff discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and willingness to learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
