Job summary

Premier Inn Bridgwater Gateway is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests. You’ll work 30 contracted hours per week, including evenings and weekends, in a busy kitchen and are supported from day one. No hotel experience required, as we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock appropriately.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
