Job summary

Premier Inn in Bridgwater is looking for a Kitchen Team Member at Bridgwater North (A38). You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals that guests enjoy during their stay, from breakfast through dinner service, as part of a friendly hotel kitchen team.

No hotel experience is required—if you’re reliable, enjoy teamwork and don’t mind busy periods, we’ll teach you the rest. The role is 24 hours per week under a fixed-term contract until November 2026, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
