Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts (breakfast and dinner).
• Cook and plate meals during service to ensure quality.

• Receive deliveries and store stock properly.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Make sure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
