Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member in Doncaster (Lakeside) to support breakfast and dinner service. You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests, assist with deliveries, stock control and keeping the kitchen clean and ready for the next rush.

You’ll join a collaborative hotel team, delivering meals that contribute to a great guest stay. Shifts include evenings and weekends in a permanent role with guaranteed hours, and no-zero hours contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
