Premier Inn in Durham City Centre is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy. The role includes breakfast and dinner shifts with evenings and weekends as part of the busy schedule, on a permanent contract with guaranteed hours.

You don’t need hotel experience—training is provided. You’ll be part of a team delivering meals across the hotel, keeping the kitchen clean, and helping ensure every dish is plated and ready for service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
