Job summary

Premier Inn in Blackpool is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests, delivering meals that contribute to a great stay.

You’ll work 20 hours per week, with permanent contracts and guaranteed hours, including evenings and busy periods. No hotel experience is required; we’ll teach you the rest.

If you’re reliable, enjoy teamwork and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when it’s busy, this could be your first kitchen job or a stepping stone within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to handle busy periods and stay calm while delivering service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and store stock appropriately.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking presentable.
