Job summary

Premier Inn in Seaton is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests, and keep the kitchen clean and stocked during breakfast and dinner service.

This is a permanent, 20-hour-per-week role with shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience is required—reliability and teamwork matter, and well teach you the rest.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.
• If youre willing to learn, well teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
